Lumina Homes Rosario

Lumina Rosario is located at Brgy. Quilib, Rosario, Batangas, one of the oldest towns established in 1687. It is strategically located with its access to vital cities and municipalities. Padre Garcia and Lipa City on the North, San Juan on East, Taysan on South, while on West it leads to Ibaan and Batangas City. Popularly known as “Rice Granary of Batangas”, the town was blessed with rich soil and vast plains implying agriculture is one of the major sources of income of its residents. Furthermore, Lumina Rosario’s site is less than 5 minutes away from the national highway where major commercial hubs were located.

How to Get There

Via Tambo Exit

Drive through South Luzon Expressway and exit at Tambo Exit. From there, drive straight to President Jose P. Laurel Highway and make a right turn to Morada Avenue until you reach Mercury Drug Store. Make another right turn to P. Torres Street and traverse Tiaong – Lipa Rd. until you arrive at San Miguel Padre Garcia Batangas. Turn right and you will easily spot Lumina Rosario’s site banner.

Via Ibaan Exit

Traverse South Luzon Expressway and exit at Ibaan Exit. Drive straight to San Jose – Ibaan – Batangas Rd. Upon reaching the intersection, make a left turn to Rosario – Ibaan Rd. until you spot Jollibee Rosario Batangas. From there, turn left to Batangas – Quezon Rd. until you arrive at Brgy. San Miguel. Turn left to the barangay and you will easily spot Lumina Rosario’s site banner.

Via Private Vehicle

Route 1:

Traverse through the South Luzon Expressway from Manila until you reach Star Tollway and then take the Lipa-Tambo Exit. Drive through the rightmost road heading to the Lipa City town proper. Look for P. torres St. which is just on the right side of Mercury Drug. Turn right to P. Torres St.

From there, you will see a highway that will lead you to Padre Garcia. You will need to drive another 8.5 kms. Before reaching a junction. Take the straight road and it will lead you to Lumina Rosario.

Route 2:

Coming from Star Tollway, exit to Ibaan – Malainin Exit. Turn left and you will need to drive 2.5 kms before turning left to a junction with a sign that says Rosario. Immediately you will see Municipal Hall of Ibaan on your right and a church on your left. Passing through the church, you will arrive at a fork road. Turn right and you will arrive at Lumina Rosario.
