Yes, you can. Every unit owner can purchase only one parking slot. Unit owners can also rent a parking slot from Vista Residences Leasing or from other unit owners leasing out their parking slots.
What are condo dues?
Condo dues collected from unit owners are used for the operation and maintenance of the whole building. They are also allotted to pay property taxes of the amenities and common areas, insurance premiums, government licenses and permits, and other expenses.
