Aside from giving every Filipino a chance to have their dream home, Vista Land also gives them an ease and comfort living, especially in paying their properties. Clients have an option to choose from different financing offers to which they are comfortable.

Below are the different financing option for clients:

Bank Financing

This financing option lets the clients loan the remaining balance of their property in the bank after they finish paying the equity. Clients will directly pay the bank under their agreed term.

In-house Financing

This financing option is somehow similar to the bank financing. The difference is, clients will continue paying their balance to the developer with a higher interest rate.

Spot Cash Financing

This financing option is the shortest and fastest way to settle your balance. Right after a month from the reservation date or after 30 days is the time where usually the client pays the total price of the property less the reservation fee in cash.

Pag-IBIG Financing

This financing option offers a longer term up to 30 years and lower interest rate up to 6% to the client. In Vista Land, only Lumina Homes and Bria Homes offer this type of financing.

Deferred Cash Financing

This financing option offers 0% interest. Clients will pay their property in an equal amount based on the total price divided in a given term. For a House and Lot in Vista Land, clients can settle their payments up to 24 months (2 years), while for Condominiums, clients can settle their payment the same term on the regular settlement term for the equity.
